Hi, I'm Kai Proschan. I am a multi-disciplinary artist, writer, and founder. My practice spans digital media, olfactory art, and movement, all rooted in a dedication to building new worlds for the trans community.
As a transfeminine artist, my work is focused on diversifying and archiving my community’s narratives.
My largest project is The Girls Book, a digital magazine and cultural archive I founded for trans femmes, which includes our podcast, “That's Mother.” This is my art in practice—using media, brand creation, and community-building as creative tools.
My artistic exploration also extends to sensory and physical expression through my olfactory practice and an emerging focus on dance and movement.
This creative vision is supported by a strategic foundation, built over 8+ years as a digital marketing consultant for brands in tech, fashion, and wellness. I am also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher.
